We are pleased to offer you a stunning 4-bedroom villa. The Villa sits a mere stone’s throw away from spectacular Tofinho surf break, with amazing views of the ocean and white sand beaches. Well-built & humbly furnished this self-catering home is uniquely A-framed & boasts balconies on each of the 3 floors. Direct private beach access, uncrowded beaches, safe swimming, fully-equipped kitchen, caretaker, BBQ area, easy-walk to Tofo village, on-site parking.

The spacious open-plan layout of the Villa allows the natural flow of ventilation during hot summer days. The 2nd floor main bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom, with another two double bedrooms – all with their own private balconies. The central open plan living area has a modest kitchen, six seater dining table and lounge area with french doors that open onto the main balcony creating one large entertainment area with dynamic ocean views.

Tofinho beach is a paradise of uninterrupted miles of soft white sand without the tourist crowds. In addition to the beach there is also a large manicured garden with a newly built BBQ area and outdoor shower. And when it’s time to drag yourself away to stock up on supplies, shops are only a few minutes away.

For the adventure enthusiast, there are many different water sports available, booked through recommended companies, including surfing, kite-boarding, surf-fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, boats tours and exploring on quad bikes or bicycles.

There are two identical houses on one large ocean front property. The house featured is on the north side of the property and is called Ocean Villa.

Includes : Domestic staff, private pathway onto Tofinho beach, on-premises secure parking, drinkable bore-hole water, mosquito nets (there aren’t a lot with the natural ocean breeze), fans, hot water, high-quality linens, bath and beach towels, within walking distance to Tofo village.

Bedrooms : 3 double rooms plus large loft double bedroom, with private balconies
Full Bathrooms including shower and bidet : 2
Kitchen : Fully equipped
Includes : Domestic staff, private pathway onto Tofinho beach, on-premises secure parking, drinkable bore-hole water, mosquito nets (there aren’t a lot of nozzles with the natural ocean breeze), fans, hot water showers, high-quality linens, bath and beach towels, within walking distance to Tofo village.
